I don't know if there is a connection or not. We do have a couple Felix Amo in our family line. I guess I would have to
know some of the ancestors to see if we are connected. Our line goes back to Isaac Emond, born about 1644 in St. Louis de Rochefort, Saintes, Saintonge. France. My husband's family went back from him to James Jr, James, Alexandre H.,
Alexandre who married Gertrude Brassard and came to the
US from Cornwall, Ontario, and his parents were Joseph Marie and Marie Claire Brais , etc. on back to Isaac. Go to
Anne Cady's site for this line at http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.com/~stlawgen/
