When a descendant of Erasmus Barrington a few years ago in Polk County, Texas in the Leggett area, one of the younger sons took his civil war photo that was hanging on the wall.
If anyone knows who might be in possession of this picture, please contact me. I am willing to pay to have the photo copied so that my family can also have a copy of this priceless photo. My gr grandfather is G.W. "Wash" Barrington who is son of Erasmus and Sarah Reid Barrington.
