Yes George...Same brothers..:)..I have some fotos and letters..About Evanoff...come from...Ivanov(original name of George)....I made a little mistake....George Ivanov is a uncle of my grandfather...Krastu Nicolov...from Gigen village....Im Nikolai Nicolov:)...35 years old....waiting answer:)))

I have not heard of Nick from the family so i do not know if these guys are related in any way or not. I did not know that there was so many Evanoff's around here. If you have more info please let me know. Thank you. Rosemary

My great grandfather was Nick Evanoff. He was married to Anna Fischer (or Fisher). He was from Bulgaria. They lived in St. Paul, Minnesota. I believe they met in one of the Dakotas.

Harry Evanoff, age 78,
a resident of Erie passed away Saturday August 30, 2008 at his home surrounded by his loving family.
He was born in Erie on January 16, 1930
the son of the late Harry and Theresa Petroff Evanoff.
Harry was a graduate of Tech Memorial High School
and had worked as a toy designer
for Marx Toys until their closing. He later worked at the Soldiers and Sailors Home in Erie.
Harry was a member of the Russian Orthodox Old Believers Church of the Holy Trinity
and was also an avid sports fan. He enjoyed all types of sports from the high school level up to the pros and was especially an avid fan of Penn State football.
Besides his parents, Harry was preceded in death by two sisters; Gloria Chatman and Kay Pazdsziez.
He is survived by his wife Violet Karuba Evanoff; a son Tim Evanoff and his wife Mary Jean of Butler, Pa.;
two daughters, Kathy Bondiett and her husband Mark of Sandy, Utah and Linda Evanoff of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.
Harry is the brother of Jack Evanoff of Fla.; Florence Weed of Erie;
Anita DeFonzo and her husband Robert of Erie;
Marilyn Voronovas and her husband Peter of Canada and Matrina Barry and her husband Terrence of Fla.
He is the grandfather of Raymond and Alexander Evanoff. Friends are invited
to call at the John J. Quinn Funeral Home, West 9h & Liberty St. Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. and are invited to attend Funeral Services there Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. Burial will be in Wintergreen Gorge Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Russian Old Believers Church of the Holy Trinity,

Hello Mary I have a pic of a mary Evanoff and a pic of a head stone of a John Evanoff. My dad passed away and we found these pic amoung his things. If you or any one knows who the are please let me know. I do know how ever they are part of my family tree on my dads side but that is all i know.

I am trying to locate information or researchers on a branch of my family we have lost touch with.
Mamie Lenora "Nora" Gresham was a daughter of Nancy Josephine Fulmer and Hardie Keith Gresham, both born in Alabama 1860s/1870s. Nora should have been born in AL 13 Oct 1889 and died 13 Jan 1968. Last known address was 509 N Johnson, Amarillo, TX. She probably had a stroke around 1964 and was placed in a home...She was the oldest of 10 children. Can anyone place her or retrieve obituary for that location and time period? Russell Jones

Hallo,mr Patrik.Exusme me for my mistakes,but English is not my mother tongue.I am from Bulgaria.I found letters and fotos from George Evanoff and his son Chris.I am not sure that this is same person for why you looking for,but the adress from them is .....George Evanoff,836 3rd.street,Beloit Wis.His son Chris informed my grandfatfer in 1959 that,George has died in hospital.From Chris I know that they are three brothers.Chris,Andrew and Demo.Each of them has three children(Chris,George and John for Chris,Drew, Forest and Mary for Andrew and Edmond,Allen and Elaine for Demo).This is adress since 1959.Since then we dont have any letters and conection was losed.I tryed to find some of this person but noting.I know that Allen live 160 km from Chikago.But only this.George is uncle on my father.I have still alive grandmother.She remember when George gone in America.She is 82 years old.I hope I help you.Regards.
