Looking for information on a W R Faucett (could be William R) born in 1832 in Alabama. I believe he was a brother to Sarah Faucett who married a James McCombs. W R Faucett married Nancy Hartgraves (Hartgroves) in March 1854. My gr-grandmother wad born 9 months later (Dec 1854) and her name was Francis. I cannot locate this family on the 1860 census, but in 1870 Francis Faucett(Fossett) was living with Sarah Faucett McCombs and her husband James McCombs. I believe something must have happened to W R and his wife Nancy, but am having extreme difficulty locating any records. I am not sure if they had any other children. If anyone has any information, please let me know! THANKS
