Hathcocks in MS & TN (Lillie, Hosey, Virgel)

I'm looking for information on my Hathcock family line. My ggrandmother was Lillie Lou Hathcock Sanders. He had a brother named Hosey and maybe one name Virgel and possibly other siblings. Hosey married ? Byrum I think. We've always been told that Lillie was Indian (at least part). Pictures seem to support that. I've been told her father was James F. Hathcock and mother Mary, but can't really find much evidence other than 1 census in 1900. Lillie was born in MS and is buried in Tipton Co., TN. Does anyone know anything about this family? I'd be happy to share what I have.
