Surnames: Horan Hoarn Woolery Woolry
My William Horan or Hoarn married Ellen Woolery or Woolry in Winnebago Co., IL Dec. 26, 1871. By the 1880 census she had remarried and was living in Iowa. Various records suggest William Horan was either born in New York or Ireland. He is one of my brick walls. There was a Horan family in the county at the time and there was a William but he was too young. Ellen moved to Pendleton, Indiana after 1900.
