His parents were Giuseppe GALLACE and Giovanna DiGIORGIO. I believe he had a brother Giacomo born in 1861 and sister Pasgualina Maria Grazia born 1867. Domenico married Maria Grazia IOZZO, daughter of Giuseppe IOZZO and Raffaela MASCOLO, abt. 1897 in Italy. They had 1 son in Torre di Ruggiero, Giuseppe, in 1900. Domenico emigrated to NY, USA in 1906. His wife and son followed in 1912. The lived around the Dobbs Ferry area of NY and then moved to Newburgh, Orange Co NY. They had another son, Carmen, in 1913 in Westchester Co NY. Domenico and Maria Grazia's son Giuseppe later americanized his name to Joseph GALAGE and Carmen spelled his last name GALLAGE.
