Could "wedwards194" please contact me, as I too am building a Knights Tree: Stanley was my uncle, and I did meet Phyllis c. 1977. Stanley's father was James Anderson K., b in Warrnambool 1859, to NZ c. 1882, m. Knox Church Dun 1887, d . Waikouaiti 1912, buried in Oamaru. His wife (Sophie Emma nee Ruston) is buried in Otautau - she died 1939. I will be delighted to send you what I have - am off to Warrnambool for more "digging", but have VERY little on Knights in NZ, and your entry on Ancestry was most informative. Email me at
