Hi there. Yes, we are probably talking about the same person. Your grandfather Claude is probably a brother to my mother, Harriet. Who are your parents (either your mother or father would be my first cousin)? I think they would have grown up in Middletown, CT. Our grandparents (parents of Claude and Harriet), lived in Prospect, CT until they died. Unfortunately, my brother, sister and I were far removed from the Legassey cousins (we were raised in Maryland) and I barely remember most of them. Since the original posting that I replied to, I found out that the poster of this query (a grandson of Gertrude Legassey Pelkey) died. Recently, we have been in contact with Cindy (a daughter of Zeno/Buster), and have compared notes. I have lots (almost complete) of the genealogy of grandmother Elizabeth Ouellette Legassey, not too much on grandfather Edward Legassey, there is a brick wall we haven't knocked down yet.
