Liberty/Frederick Family Reunion?

Anyone from the Liberty/Frederick et al family lines from the Rulo, Nebraska area interested in having a family reunion sometime in 2009? Patti Filley - I am in Omaha, Nebraska. Big Lake State Park in Missouri is a great place to meet if it is not under water. It is not too far from the Rulo area.

I am looking for any info on or photos of William Hunt a.k.a. Bill Miller. He was married to Delia Liberty for a short while and they had two daughters, Margaret Ellen and Lucille Amanda. William's mother married a Jerome Johnson. I know that William murdered the Marshal of Rulo, Nebraska in October of 1900 and was sentenced to life in prison but was released after about 19 years. I would like to know if any of the Johnson family or any other relative have any additional information on him. Where is he buried...etc.

I am the Great-great grandaughter of Delia Daisy Liberty. My Great Grandmother was Lucy Hunt Miller Dunn Davis. My Grandfather was Guy William Dunn Sr. and my Mother was Merna Darlene Dunn. Anyone have pictures or information on Delia or her first husband William Hunt/Miller? I know she left him and married Francis Marion Smith and eventually moved to Montana. I also know that William Hunt/Miller murdered the Marshall of Rulo, Nebraska in 1900. After his release from prison he lived with his daughter Margaret Ellen Hunt Miller Morehouse for awhile.

Looking for descendants of William & Edna Liberty who lived in Colorado. William was born about 1891 in Massachusetts and Edna Northup was born December 1982/1894 in Audubon, Iowa. Parents of Edna were Jasper Northup and Mary Elizabeth Quinn.
Siblings of Edna were George Northup, Roy Northup, and Elsie Northup Liberty Lund. Children of William & Edna were Barbara, Eddie, Richard, b. abt 1914, William R., born abt 1917, Dorothy M. Liberty Anderson, born abt 1918, Ruth Liberty, born abt 1921 and George E., born abt 1924. Dorothy Marie Northup married Omer H. George and Ellen Liberty (Laliberte) immigrated from Quebec to Mass in 1924 with children Cora, Henry, Jean, Lorrain, Joseph Leopold and Mary.
As far as we know, they were married about 1904 in Quebec, and lived their lives in Newburyport.

I'm just starting to look for any information an my family. My Father was Theodore James Liberty from Illinois. He married Penny Borg. Shortly after marriage they moved to California. They had 7 children, and I am #7. My father had 3 sisters. Two who are still alive. Their names are Nancy(Zewe) Sally, and Jean? If this rings a bell to anyone out there please let me know. For anyone interested, I've found the following as far back in census data to 1860. The information I was researching was on Caesar Liberty (my gr-gr-grandfather):

27 Jun 1860 Schroon, NY: Caesar Liberty(25), Elizabeth(17), dau Eleda(6 mos).
05 Aug 1870 North Hudson, NY: Caesar Liberty(35), Elizabeth(29), dau Libbey(10), son Peter(9), son Joseph(8), son Edward(7), dau Mary(6), son Caesar(4), son Henry(2), Hannah(1).
18 Jun 1880 North Hudson, NY: Caesar Liberty(42), Elizabeth(38), son Peter(19), son Joseph(18), dau Mary(15), son Caesar(14), dau Emma(12), dau Hanna(10), son Freddie(9), dau Lillia(8), dau Addie(5), dau Addell(3), dau Martha(2), dau Jennie(2 mos).

The above listed children comprise some of the supposed *30* children that Caesar and Elizabeth Liberty had together. (MY GOD, can you believe that?) I haven't yet found, but know for a certainty that Daisy Genevieve Liberty, my gr-grandmother, is also one of their children.

I have much more research to do yet. I haven't even begun to track past Caesar Liberty who was born abt 1835 in St. Caesar PQ (Canada?). If anyone has already been down this trail or has anything to add, please contact me.

William Liberty - Sarah Dunn

William Liberty was married to Sarah Dunn. William died in Ireland and Sarah died in Iowa. Sarah was born in 1815 and died in 1855. Their son John Liberty was born in 1842 in County Tipperary and died in 1911 in Iowa. John married Julia Dineen who was born in 1843 in County Cork and died in 1899 in Iowa. Andrew Liberty born in 1841 in Burlington, Vt. married Mary Fitzgerald in Dunham, Missisquoi, Quebec in 1862. His parents unknown.
Mary Fitzgerald was born in Ireland and died in Burlington 1913. Her parents were Timothy and Margaret Whalen.
Andrew Mary had 4 known children. Mary Jane aka Jeanne Colin LaLiberty my grandmother and Andrew, Jr. Ellen Helen, and Agnes.
Is anyone researching or know anything regarding this family?

Their parents were Napolean Francis LaLiberte (Liberty) of St. Johnsbury, Vermont and Matilda LaFreniere of Rhode Island. Irene and Clare and their parents lived in the Chicago, Illinois area around the 1920's or 1930's. Their cousin Donald (Dean) Liberty lost track of them after they moved away. Lucille Liberty Brown, 81, Port Charlotte, died April 18, 2001.
She was born June 13, 1919, in Morrisville, Vt., and came to Port Charlotte from Key Largo in 1998. She was an electronics technician. She was one of 10 employees working for Polaroid Camera when it was first developed. She also worked on the first camera that was used on the moon.
Survivors include three sisters, Joanne Chaput of Chicopee, Mass., Betty Salvador of Northborough, Mass., Madelyn Garten of Tucson, Ariz.; two brothers, William Liberty of Levittown, Pa., and Leonard Liberty of Windsor, Conn.; and several nieces and nephews.
No services are scheduled. Charlotte Memorial Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, Punta Gorda, is in charge.

I'm working on a family of LIBERTYS who come from
County Tipperary, Ireland. They arrive during
the famine, in the late 1840s and settle in Baltimore
Maryland. One brother goes off to Virginia
with his family and lives there for about 20-25
years bfore returning to B'more to die.

Also in Virginia in 1860 period is a Peter
Liberty, from Vermont. Looking into Vermont,
I find more of the Libertys from Ireland.

Is anyone working on these?

I'm trying to find relatives for a friend of mine. Her fathers name was Fred Venner. His mothers name was Florence Liberty who was married 03-04-1899 to James K Venner in Will County, Illinois. She never knew her father because he left her mother before she was born. But would like to see if she has any half brothers or sisters. Anyone have any info on Florence Liberty? I am interested in any leads that might tie down the Franklin(frank)Liberty/LaLiberte family. Here is what I know:
Franklin probably b.1865-1885, maybe Oh./IL. He married Estella (Stella) White of Charleston, Coles Co., IL.; date unk. She was b.22 Aug. 1876 and died 3 Jun 1972, Palos Hills, IL.(Cook Co.). This believed to be 2nd marriage for Estella. She divorced Franklin 1913-1920, location unk. They had 5 children? : Floyd 1900/01 (may have been adopted);Lucille 1904in IL.; Gerald 1905in OH.or NY;Theodore 1909 Canada and Valida 1913 in IL..I am told Franklin was a traveling man , selling oil cloth from a wagon.
