Does anyone know who the "N.W. Lick" referred to in the following quote is?

----

The Sons of the American Revolution, California Chapter, participated in the ceremonies of unveiling the "James Lick Historical Bronze Statues" November 29, in honor of the memory of the Philanthropist whose gifts founded the great Lick telescope on Mt. Hamilton.

Mr. N.W. Lick was the grandson of William Lick--for five years a Continental soldier of the Pennsylvania Line. In commemoration of his father's war service, he erected near Fredericsburg, in his native State, a heroic monument, the main figure of which is a statue representing the private soldier of the American Revolution.
