Are there any Lindsey's From Edmonson Co. Ky. ?
Most of my relation seems to have settled there.
Family ties go back to a James Lindsey b-1770 in N.C.
and he married a Mary Mcman on 8-28-1792 in Orange Co. N.C., Mary d-about 1812.
they had the following child.

James also married Francis (Fanny) Logan on 3-15-1813 In Rutherford Co. N.C.
they had the following Children

Francis (Fanny) b-1821, Francis married a John Chandler on 7-4-1839

James then married Mary Goyer, Daughter of Adam Goyer and Margaret
on 11-10-1830. Mary was b-1792 in MD or NY
Marys real name was probably Anna Mariah Goyer.
James and Mary had 2 child.
