I'm afraid that I only have a printout of the book which I got from the internet, but is no longer available The Printer/Publisher was John Bowyer Nichols & Son, 25 Parliament Street, London in 1854 if that's any help?
There is no record of a James Markham who married Martha Collins, but from other records I have, he may be from Earls Colne in Essex, although it says he was born in 1612! Bit old to be getting married in 1682! He may have been the son of Sir Robert Markham and Ann Warburton of Cotham & East Markham?
I suggest you contact Victor who appears later on in the message board, as he has more info than I have.
