Robert Memory of County Mayo, Ireland born in late 1700's/early 1800's. Was married to Frances Collins. Their son, Stephen John Memory, Sr. (born about 1825)left Ireland at age 18 for Toronto.

Also, John Briget Nolan of Ireland (County Wicklow) were the parents of the wife of Stephen J. Memory, Sr. Her name was also Briget.

Frances Memory, born about 1822 in County Mayo. According to her second marriage certificate her father was Robery Memory, a tailor. She must have initially married John Bolton who must have died before 1845 when she in first notede in Manchester, England. One of her daughters was Susannah Bolton, born Mayo, my great grandmother.
The only Memory in the Griffiths Valuations (circa 1850) is Robert Memory, living in Ballycarra.
This may be your Robert Memory (or possibly his son.)
