Surnames: Michell Hellyar
I would love to hear from anyone who might be descendents of Henry and Jane Michell.
I think Henry was born 1868 in Cornwall UK to Henry and Phillipa Michell and Jane (nee Hellyar) was born 1871 in Cornwall UK to Richard and Jane Hellyar.
Henry and Jane immigrated to US (Jane 1909, Henry earlier) and then lived in Canada for a few years before returning to US in 1922. They are listed on 1930 US Federal Census aged 62 and 59 at Clarendon, Orleans, New York.
Possibley their son (or nephew?) John C Michell was living at Rochester, Monroe, New York with wife Mine and son John (born abt 1924) in 1930.
Other children of Henry and Jane are Margaret(or Mary?), Dorothy, Henry, and Clara.
I am a descendent of Jane's brother who immigrated to Australia and we have lost contact with Jane's family.
