Looking for Harriet's family..
She married Allen G. Dean at age 16 she was born May 1842 Ny. and died after 1930 --
Allen G. Dean was a vet. from the Civil War and was a Prisioner of war at Andersonville. It was said that he was so thin when he came home Harriet picked him up and carried him inside their home. He lived to 90 they were both in the 1930 Denning Ulster county, NY census.
Have found much for Allen but nothing for Harriet yet. Only got her last name today Dec 9 2006.
