a man by the name of Denis Murphy aged 30years, Rom Cath, Married to a Catherine Murphy arrived in Australia from Ireland 11th April 1838 on the "William Jarden" Ship. His offence was Stealing Clothes his native place was Cork.He was tried in Cork May sessions 1837. His wife Catherine arrived from Ireland 28th March 1838 on the Diamond Ship her offence was Larency. She was aged 22years old from Sligo.She was tried in Cork May 1837.
