Trying to find Russell Tabor Neal's parents(He was born Abt.1884 in Ky.) .Not sure but was told Tabor came from mother's maiden name.Russell Neal married Olivia Lee Chester in Ky. and they had 14 children,Arvella,Alta B,Anna Or Annie Mae,Aileen,Alma,Alberta,Alfonso,Arthur,Asa,Ashley,Alvin,Andy,Albert,Archie.olivia's parent's were Jessie Brittan Chester(Born in NC.) and Delilah Blankenship(Born in Ky.
