I do not currently connect to these Maine Neptunes,
but I have a direct lineage of Maine Neptunes from
a DAR membership application of a Mrs. Neana Marie
Neptune Lent. This was filled out in 1985. She goes
back 7 generations of Neptunes.

Arthur Joseph Neptune, Jr. b.Jul 13 1918
Arthur Joseph Neptune, Sr. b. Sep 28 1887, d. Jan 1976
John Neptune b. 1845 d. Dec 22 1914
Saul Neptune b. 1814 d. Dec 25 1892
(Lt. Gov) John Neptune b. Jul 22, 1767 d. Mar 8 1865
John (Ausones) Neptune b. 1747 d. 1785
The line seems to primarily have resided at Old Town, Maine
or Indian Island Maine. As the ancestor John Neptune fought
in the Revoluationary War Neana Lent also provides some reference
to his service and notes reference materials where some of
