NOONAN, Lawrence Dennis (Larry-Dinny) - Retired employee of General Motors for 31 years and longstanding member of the Whitby Jubilee Choir. Passed away peacefully with his family by his side at Lakeridge Health Oshawa on Tuesday July 1st, 2008. Larry in his 80th year. Beloved husband of Edna Rose (McGhee) and the Late Lucille. Dear father of Katherine and her husband Dannie Dunbar, Anne and her husband Ronald Allison, Michelle and her husband David Deighton and the Late Christine. He will be truly missed by his grandchildren Amy, Geoffrey, Leslie, Constance, Andrew, Dawn, Carrie, Peter and Emilia. Brother of Margaret Hobbs and the Late Francis Shannon,
Shirley Rockburn and Paul Noonan.
Larry will be sadly missed by his many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. He will never be forgotten by his friend Jasper.

Resting at the ARMSTRONG FUNERAL HOME, 124 King Street East, Oshawa. With Mass of Christian Burial in St. Gertrude’s Roman Catholic Church on Saturday July 5th, 2008 at 10 am. Interment Resurrection Cemetery . Memorial donations to the R.S. McLaughlin Cancer Centre or St. Gertrude’s Roman Catholic Church would be appreciated by the family. Visitation will be held Thursday 2-4 &7-9 pm and Friday 2-4 &7-9 pm.
