I am writing this from my brother's computer who I am visiting. I'm just beginning to work on the Nowland side of our family's genealogy. Your father was our uncle, though he died before we were born. We are the children of Douglas Nowland, your uncle, Jim's brother. I don't have all my information here, but on a recent visit to Michigan, I visited their gravesites in Flat Rock/Brownstown. I can email you more information on my return next week if you are interested.
