We are looking for a strong connection between Peter L. Phillips born 1790 in Black Rock Union county SC and Peter Phillips born 1762.
Are there any church, birth records available for that time period?
My husband really wants to join the SAR and this is the only connection we are missing. So any help would be WONDERFUL.
