Hugh B Provine
My grandfather is Hugh B Provine, born in 1912 (I think in MS) died in Memphis TN 1986. He married Dorothy (don't know her maiden name) and this is not the movie star, Dorothy Provine, though she is my 2nd cousin.
Given that Hugh is not a common name, I am thinking that I may be related to John Calhoun Provine who has descendants, Hugh Provine and Hugh W Provine. There is also an Isabella Provine in his line and my mother's name is Dorothy Isabella Provine, first born of Hugh and Dorothy (above).
Let me know if you know anything more - I can drill down this line down to cousins and great nieces, nephews.
