that makes me distantly related to John Kerry since I am related to John Brundage, the father of Mary Brundage. Don't agree with the man on most political views, but its kind of cool.

From when I first posted the note of this relation in 2005, I still enjoy adding the fact that John Kerry is my fifth cousin into a conversation every so often!

I do not have a list of all the children that they had, however my great great grandmother was Hannah Purdy (1824-1886) married to Alfred D. Knapp (1824-1886).

Is that the Hannah you are looking for?

Hannah Purdy, was married to Silas Purdy. I have she was born about 1746, Yorktown, NY and died in Wayne co. Pa.
All I have on her that she was the daughter of Jonathan Purdy. It could be an error.
