      <description>I am looking for any information on a Thomas Patrick Purtill who emigrated from Ireland to the USA in the late 1800s, had a daughter Monica (around 1900) and not long after his wife died.  Monica was brought up by an aunt in Dublin.  Any info much appreciated.</description>

I would like to know how they were related. Thomas's wife was Jane Slater McGlynn. I am the gg granddaughter of Thomas and Jane. This was in the early 1900's.  Thanks</description>
