Your response to Nicholas Quin Earls of Dunraven

Barry, I saw your response to Nicholas Quin's query about the Earls of Dunraven. You mentioned your wife's maiden name was Quin and she had access to a lot of her family's history. Do you know if there is an ancestor of hers named ALEXANDER PATRICK Quin? I'm helping my friend,Danny Quin from Australia, research his family tree. We know Alexander was born in BELFAST in 1836; married ANN O'MALLEY from CO. MAYO on May 4,1863 in Louisiana; their daughter MARY ELLEN was born in Louisiana; and Alexander died in NEW ZEALAND in 1912. He is Danny's great-grandfather. Any help you could give us would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. Jan Johnson
