I have been looking for the father of Rufus Reynolds, lived in Boardman Ohio, and Lake Mills Wisconsin. his middle initial is R. I have thought it to stood for Richard? Anyways I researched families in the 2 mentioned above areas, and found that 99% of he families with Connecticut roots in those 2 towns came from Litchfield. So I have been ruling out Reynolds, by Reynolds as the father. I thought of the possibility of Richard Thomas Reynolds who lived in Waterbury, had no sons in 1800, but it's possible my Rufus was born months after that census? Richard's or Thomas as he is know, his wife is Jemima Foot/e. So being that I have my DNA done, I looked up Foote in the Database for a match all though some markers are missing, it is a pretty good match for a Foote Family of Connecticut. Any help in linking this together better would be appreciated, Thank You
