I am trying to find information about Elias Rogoff. He apparently officiated at the wedding ceremony of my paternal grandparents; I am trying to find out what temple or organization he was representing. He may be from the same area of Russia as the newlyweds. An Elias Rogoff is listed in the 1900 census in Manhattan; born in 1852 in Russia. His wife's name was listed as Pearl. If anyone has any information, I would be very grateful.
