Rowe or Rough Family from Franklin Co., PA

Surnames: Rowe, Rough, Odoerfer
My ancestor was Elizabeth Rowe, born 1759, died 1826 in Clear Spring, Washington Co., MD. Married John Odoerfer in 1788. Elizabeth and John were living in Washington Co. in the 1800 census. Elizabeth's parents allegedly lived in Franklin Co., PA, and I am researching their identity.
I have also seen a Henry Rough in the 1800 census for Washington Co., MD, and and a Peter Rowe in the same census for the same county. It appears that neither of them were old enough to be Elizabeth's father, but either of them might have been her brother.
Any help in identifying Elizabeth Rowe's parents would be hugely appreciated.
