I am searching for information on William Harrison Sexton and his son Lawrence M. Sexton. I have a copy of Lawrence's original Social Security Application. It says that Lawrence's father's name was William Harrison Sexton and his mother was Mellissa Mathis. Lawrence was born in Dickinson County, KS, April 9, 1886. Edgar Poe Sexton and Katherine Codd Sexton were the parents of my father Theodore Codd Sexton and his younger brother Lawrence Bradford Sexton. They were born in Kansas City, Missouri. My dad's birthday was 12/03/1901. I am just starting out on this quest for information about my family. Don't know if there is any connection for you. As for William, I never heard of him to my knowledge. My dad had no other siblings.
