Surnames: Sheckels-Schekells-etc.
For those interested:
Minnie M. Kimes married an Alanzo L. Sheckels (Scheckells) in 1881. There is a cemetery with that name, located in Crawford Co., Indiana, Boone Township, a few miles from the town of Alton

Thank you for the information about the Sheckles cemetery in Crawford County, Indiana. Several of my ancestors are buried there. Does anyone have more specific instructions? I am planning on visiting the area soon. Thank you very much. Alma
