I just began researching the Spanish family of Hibbing. Frank Spanish was my husband's grandfather. He emigrated from Croatia or Yugoslavia about 1910, married Annie Skorvc in Pittsburg and then moved to Hibbing MN. He died in 1958. I would be interested in exchaning information.

I am researching my great grandfather, Francois Regla. He was from Northern Spain; he married a seamstress, Andrea (or Andressa) Serrano, whom his family thought was beneath them and the couple moved to Oloron-St. Marie in the Bearn region of Southern France. His name could have been Francisco, which he could have changed to Francois when they went to France. Francois and Andrea had two children, a daughter who died young, and Pierre, born on June 29, 1881 (my grandfather). Francois died when Pierr was a young child and Andrea then married George Marraco, with whom she had 5 or 6 more children.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

I am looking for information on the Frank Spanish family of
Hibbing Minnesota. Trying to find ancestors but have had no
luck From Yugoslavia.
