Strother woman marries Blackwell in VA, c 1790

I am searching for the ancestors of one Strother Blackwell, b. in the 1790s in VA. I believe Strother is a family name and that he was born to a Strother woman who married a Blackwell, maybe in Culpepper or Fauquier Co, VA, around 1790. This Strother Blackwell later migrated to Henderson Co., TN. Do any Strother family researchers know of any Strother women who might fit into this pattern?
