Relatives of boxer John L. Sullivan

Its been said that my grandfather's mother was John L. Sullivan's niece. And through a few informal searches it has been proven. I'm not sure what my greatgrandmother's name was but my grandfather's name was William Odis Daughtry. I know that's not much but any info on the possible connection would be greatly appreciated. Names of Sullivan's children, nieces, and nephews would be very helpful.
