Surnames: Taylor, Smith, and Anderson
This is my husband's family.
I am looking for parental information on James Paul Taylor (1825-1909). He is burried in Vidor, TX.
He was married to Sarah E Anderson. They had a son named Henry Caufield Taylor born in Texas 1857.
Henry Caufield Taylor married Mary Clementine Smith.
I have a book entitled "Brances" "A Collection and Compilation of Data on the Decendeants of Henry Caufield and Mary Clementine Taylor". It states that James Paul Taylor (Henry C's father) had a father named Zechariah. I have never seen this name spelled with an "e" as the second letter.
Does anyone know any more information?
