Dalhart, June 21: Funeral services for JAMES C. TREADWELL, 70, retired farmer and rancher, will be held Wednesday at the Lincoln Street Baptist Church here. Rev. W. M. HALL, pastor, will officiate. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery directed by Walker Funeral Home of Dalhart. Mr. Treadwell died Monday morning in Coon Memorial Hospital. He had suffered a heart attack Sunday night in his home.

Mr. Treadwell is survived by his wife, MYRTLE; a daughter Mrs. JOE IRWEN of Amarillo; two sons, JAMES C. TREADWELL Jr., who lives west of Dalhart, and PRESTON TREADWELL of Dalhart; five sisters, Mrs. AUDELL SWAFFORD of Pampa, Mrs. BAILEY BRYANT of Eastland, Mrs. A. J. SPECK of Ponca City, Oklahoma, Mrs. E. D. SNODGRASS of Idalou and Mrs. MAGGIE MORTENSEN of California; two brothers, JACK TREADWELL of Longview and EARL TREADWELL of Haskell; and four grandchildren.
