I am trying to track down my relative, Bateman Wilhelm,who was born in Germany and swam across the Channel,in order to immigrate to America. He was married to Lydia Hannah Draper from Draper Utah and his son's name is Bateman Haight Wilhelm born June 27, 1865 in Rockville, Washington, Utah Died June 11 1931 Vernon, Apache, AZ. This is stopping our line of research and if anyone has this information it would be greatly appreciated.

Just seen your message on Bateman Haight Wilhelm. I am a direct descendent from Bateman and Hannah Draper through their son Bateman who married Margaret May Baird. My grandmother, Hazel "Fern" Wilhelm Phipps was their daughter. I have alot of information on the Wilhelm's. I also have pictures and stories. If you are interested contact me.
