So I click on a person in my tree, click on "Web Search" tab and the address bar just says "about:blank". :( The last time I was able to use this feature was Christmas day. No green leaves on my people anymore, can't search. This stinks!
I'm letting my subscription lapse at this point because I just can't seem to get this fixed. Tired of paying for a product that only half works (software works, but can't use Ancestry.com to build upon it grrrrrrr).
I have tried re-registering, re-activating my subscription, clearing temp files, there are only 92 in this particular tree...

What does the Web Dashboard say about your subscription and any other information there. (Plan Workspace)

It says "Registered Guest".
The actual Ancestry.com site says my subscription will expire in 19days.

And actually, it was somewhere around Thanksgiving that it worked last... so it's been not working for over a month and I got tired of paying for a service I couldn't use so my account is going to lapse in 19days.
