I have been waiting to hear from you. Don't know if you got my direct e-mail. Here is my e-mail address if not: firstname.lastname@example.org
So, I see that Frank Rondon was born in Albany, NY. Are his parents buried there? Would you have any ideas where the Rondon ancestry is buried. I did not find any Rondons buried in the St. Mary's RC Cemetery. Do you know any history about the Hickeys or the Rondons? or about the descending lines?
Here is my update on family of Margaret McQuaid and Francis Rondon. I don't know what happened to Francis yet... do you?
excerpt taken from a letter of my cousin- Rob Little-" Margaret Rondon actually died May 8 1892. I first found a reference to her death via a settlement statement for her estate. She left some nuns in charge of her younger children. A codicil states that if the girls did not live to the age of majority (21), the nuns would receive the farm. Well guess what, the girls both died young, and the nuns collected."
I will be getting a copy of the death
certificate of Margaret Rondon. Looking forward to hearing about Frank Rondon and your grandfather.
