Hi I have been doing some internet searching as I have a share certificate for Thomas Kewley ltd dated dated 1898 It is sub titled Douglas Isle Of Man. I thought Thomas Kewley was a Brewery from what I have found out. The 50 shares were bought by a Thomas Fleetwood LUYA of The Nest Bootle (a pub I think) but the cert. was found when I was a schoolkid in 1969 in Wallasey on the Wirral in a deralict house.Is there a connection with your family?
