On a Hungarian armed forces web site I located the following information that appears to be about my Lajos Hart grandfather, but I don't know what it means or how to work with it. It appeared to be an entry on page 33 in a document listing military info, and the page was headed
"1945. januar 20 3. Szamu Honvedsegi Rendeletek".

The listing stated:
"Hart Lajost (1921 Alap Istvan Katalin - 924.) "

Hopefully someone can let me know what this is / what it refers to. Thanks!
