Trying to find Merchant Navy details from UK/Australia
Hi everyone :)
I'm researching the little I know of my Grandfather THOMAS STEVENSON born in 1906 in England. He has some medals for his service, so I assume he served one of the countries. I was always told he was in the Merchant Navy. I don't know where to look for more information. He died in 1965 in Australia, 10 years after my mother was born. So I know very little. Any ideas where I should go next?
