Pic of Woman in uniform

I found a partially unmarked photo in my grandmother's photos of a woman that appears to be wearing some sort of military uniform. I THINK it would be from WWI but possibly WWII. The postcard picture just says "From Mrs. Geo Wooten; To Mrs. LeBlanc (my grandmother).
Can someone please tell me what sort of uniform this is with a single star on left arm? I hope I can attach the picture properly so you can view it.
Thanks so much.
