Searching for info on birthmother. Born in the sumnmer of 1925 in a mid-western state. Of Irish and Cherokee Indian decent. She only had a 7th or 8th grade education. Lived in Miami, Fl from 1942 through 1947. Did not care for sports much but did like to read and sew. She had dark wavy hair,hazel eyes with very long eyelashes, a very good posture and had a darker complection. She had occupations of waitress, barmaid, babysitter, housekeeper and elevator operator. I was told by my adoptive mother that her name was EDNA. I was also told that EVANS (or a different spelling of this name) was a family surname.
