I am looking for my birth parents my fathers name was James Edward Scott born in Arkansas around 1950/51 he married Kathy Fern no last name as it is blacked out going thru adoption papers I find her mother could of been Bobbi, My name is Ted born October 27, 1972 in Texarkana Texas, along with me there is three other children, Sandra, Mary and my little brother James. My father left us and my mother could not take care of us and turned us over to social services we were later adopted out if any one could help me or lead me in the right direction of finding my birth parents please contact me at karenj@pctelcom.coop thank you
