Problems for Family Members trying to view my tree

I've recently invited a family member in the States to view my tree. Is this still possible under the reformed regime? The subscription page keeps loading at every attempt he makes to access the information I'd like him to see. Does the status "registered guest" still exist?
Please help! This is infuriating. (I've emailed Rech support but no reply yet)
