"ANYAL family tree" LOST

Surnames: ANYAL, Aamer
My family tree named, ANYAL family tree has either been removed by the website or there is some technical problem. I tried to contact for help but no help has helped me.
My tree is very vital for me and my family. It represents lots of living people and was being shared by lots of them and was growing very fast but I do not have a copy on my computer either. I request someone to help me find it and get me downloaded so that such a mishap should not occur in future.
May I know why this has happened and how to avoid it. If ancestry cannot help can I go somewhere else and do i have to built it again. It already took me one year to search for this information and put on site.
HELP required.
