England and Wales, Marriage Index 1969 T-Z

Can't find any mention of this in the forums but does anyone know why all of the surnames beginning with T through to Z (and a small section of the S surnames) are missing from the marriage indexes for 1969 and if they are likely to be uploaded at any point?
