Thanks for another good tip... didnt think about that!
I did find the VA would do a stone for my uncle, but the cemetery wants me to be positive there is no next of kin (so I have to renew my search for living McInerney's, though I dont know of any), have notarized documents done, and charge me ~$500 just to place the stone! Oy!
The other stone I want to replace is for a non-Vet, so I will need to pay for all of that myself. :(
