the American Historical Society of Germans from Russia have now the 4 volumes written by Dr. Pleve(Russian Professor)on the German Settlements of Russia...........they are in German or Russia forget which but they contain all the information about the families ..and where in Germany they came from.........my Nusz line first settled in Messer then went to Dobrinka we found from these volumes and it listed lots of information about them so you might try to find someone to translate for you........what line are you looking for.......if it connects to the Nusz line we do have a connection in Germany that has access to these volumes......the first 3 that is.
